The client created a desktop app that connected computers over the internet in a way that allowed them to function as if they shared the same local area network (LAN). These point-to-point connections propelled a variety of cool and handy use cases for things like gaming, file-sharing, and media-streaming, simply and easily anywhere in the world.
Simple machines creating mechanical advantage. Gears. Pulleys. Wheels. And the like. Devices that all punch above their weight. This was a basic but powerful product.
